AB Energia Launches ‘Arkannect’ Rooftop Solar Platform, Names Sagar Saxena as CEO.

AB Energia has launched Arkannect, a distributed rooftop solar platform aimed at accelerating adoption among residential consumers and MSMEs. The platform integrates AB Energia’s in-house EPC capabilities to offer end-to-end services including system design, financing, installation, monitoring and maintenance through a single digital interface. Arkannect features a mobile application that enables real-time tracking of installation progress and system performance, supported by a nationwide network of local channel partners and centralised engineering execution. The company has appointed Sagar Saxena as Chief Executive Officer of Arkannect, who will lead its expansion starting with Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala and Uttar Pradesh. AB Energia aims to generate ₹700–1,000 crore in revenue over the next three years through the platform. With India’s rooftop solar capacity at around 22 GW and strong growth expected in residential and MSME segments, Arkannect is positioned as a key enabler of India’s clean energy transition, focusing on ease of access, transparency and after-sales support.
