YEIDA to Launch 973 Residential Plots Near Noida International Airport.

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is set to launch a new residential plot scheme near the upcoming Noida International Airport in January, offering a major opportunity for homebuyers and investors. Under the scheme, YEIDA will offer 973 residential plots of varying sizes—162, 183, 184, 200, 223 and 290 square metres—located in Sectors 15C, 18 and 24A, all strategically positioned close to the airport site. Of the total plots, 476 are of 162 sqm, and 481 are of 200 sqm, while the remaining plots fall in larger size categories. As per the reservation policy, 17.5% of the plots are reserved for farmers whose land was acquired, 5% for industrialists with functional units in Yamuna City, and 77.5% for the general public. Applicants will need to deposit 10% of the plot cost to participate in a lucky draw. YEIDA CEO RK Singh said the authority is awaiting RERA registration before the formal launch. With the airport nearing completion, the region is expected to see rapid growth in jobs, infrastructure and real estate demand.
