CleanMax Commissions 185 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Project in Gujarat.

CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd has commissioned a 185 MW wind-solar hybrid renewable energy project at Kalavad in Gujarat, marking a significant milestone in its clean energy portfolio. The project, developed over around 12 months, integrates solar and wind capacities and is expected to offset nearly 3.61 lakh tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions each year. Power from the facility is supplied to 17 corporate customers under a group captive model, enabling them to invest equity while securing long-term access to renewable energy in line with the Electricity Act. With this commissioning, CleanMax’s total operational capacity in Gujarat has reached approximately 844 MW as of March 31, 2026. Managing Director Kuldeep Jain said the project delivers reliable, clean power for round-the-clock business operations. CFO Nikunj Ghodawat added that the project is expected to contribute over ₹165 crore annually from FY2027, supported by 25-year fixed-tariff power purchase agreements that ensure stable cash flows.
