India’s market leader invests in Mumbai’s sky-high luxury real estate.

NSE Chief Ashishkumar Chauhan Buys ₹10 Crore Luxury Apartment in Mumbai’s Lodha World Towers.

Ashishkumar Manilal Chauhan, Managing Director and CEO of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), has purchased a luxury apartment worth nearly ₹10 crore in Mumbai’s prestigious Lodha World Towers, Worli. The 1,989 sq. ft. apartment, located on the 11th floor, comes with three car parking spaces and was registered on October 4, 2025. The property was acquired from Lodha Developers Limited, according to documents sourced from Liases Foras Real Estate Research. With this purchase, Chauhan joins the elite residents of one of Mumbai’s most exclusive addresses, home to top industrialists and business leaders. The NSE chief’s investment underscores the continued demand for premium real estate in South Mumbai’s luxury corridors. Interestingly, this follows SEBI Chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey’s recent lease of a high-end 5BHK apartment in Prabhadevi at ₹27 lakh per month, highlighting a rising trend of top financial executives opting for luxury living.
