Greater Noida Authority Unveils ₹3,600-Crore Commercial Plot Scheme.

Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has launched one of its largest commercial land schemes, offering 37 premium plots with a combined reserve price of ₹3,604 crore. Available through e-auction, these plots—spread across key sectors like Sector 3, 10, 12, Ecotech-1 Extension and Ecotech-12—are designated for commercial complexes, retail hubs, offices, hotels, and mixed-use developments under FAR-4 and FAR-2 norms. Registrations are open till December 5, while EMD and processing fee submissions close on December 9. Plot sizes range from mid-sized commercial parcels to major 20,000+ sqm properties, priced between ₹10 crore and ₹216 crore. The scheme prohibits plot amalgamation or subdivision but allows consortium participation until project completion. With the upcoming Noida International Airport and new industrial corridors, GNIDA expects strong interest from developers, hospitality brands, retail chains, and investors.
