Godrej Properties Expands Footprint with New Acquisitions in Bengaluru and Raipur

Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) has acquired a 48-acre land parcel in Doddaballapur, North Bengaluru, to develop 1.1 million sq ft of premium plotted development. This acquisition reinforces GPL’s strong presence in North Bengaluru, complementing its existing portfolio of projects in the region.

Simultaneously, the company has forayed into Raipur, acquiring around 50 acres near Old Dhamtari Road—a rapidly growing real estate hub. This project will feature 9.5 lakh sq ft of plotted premium residential units with excellent connectivity to key city landmarks like Central Raipur, the railway station, and the airport.

Earlier in June, Godrej announced a premium residential project in Hoskote, East Bengaluru, spanning 14 acres with a saleable area of 1.5 million sq ft and revenue potential of ₹1,500 crore.

With these strategic land acquisitions, GPL is strengthening its pan-India footprint in the premium housing and plotted development space.
