BHIVE Workspace Leases 15,000 sq ft Centre in Jayanagar, Expands Bengaluru Footprint.                                                                                                                               

BHIVE Workspace has leased a 15,000 sq ft office space from Garuda Group in Jayanagar 4th Block, Bengaluru, marking their second partnership following the Garuda BHIVE BTM Campus. The newly launched centre offers flexible seating, private offices, and managed office solutions, catering to the growing demand for premium coworking environments in the city. With a seating capacity of over 650, the centre is currently 40% occupied, and CEO Shesh Rao Paplikar expects occupancy to reach 90% within six months. The facility is positioned to attract startups, enterprises, and remote teams seeking high-quality, scalable workspace solutions. BHIVE currently operates more than 28 centres across Bengaluru and Mumbai, covering a total of 1.8 million sq ft. The Jayanagar expansion reinforces the company’s rapid growth strategy and strengthens its presence in key commercial micro-markets.
