Delhi One Revival Gets HC Boost.

The Allahabad High Court has breathed new life into the long-stalled Delhi One project in Noida’s Sector 16B, clearing a key hurdle after nearly a decade of uncertainty. On September 15, a division bench directed the Noida Authority to approve building plans for Max Estates Limited, provided the company deposits 50% of the disputed ₹67 crore in CIC/CIS charges within a week. The court’s interim relief ensures no coercive action against Max and allows work to resume, offering long-awaited hope to hundreds of homebuyers and investors. Originally launched in 2010 by the Three C group, the project stalled in 2015, later entering insolvency. After years of litigation, Max Estates took over under an NCLT-approved resolution plan, agreeing to pay ₹613 crore in dues. With this ruling, construction may finally progress toward the April 2028 completion target.
