The company will provide ₹25 lakh in financial assistance to each bereaved family through ex-gratia support and insurance benefits. It has also pledged to cover medical treatment and counselling costs for the injured, bear funeral expenses, offer employment to an eligible immediate family member of each deceased employee, and fund the education of their minor children. Following the incident, operations at the WtE plant have been temporarily suspended pending safety assessments, while municipal waste collection and transportation services continue without disruption.
