CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd., one of the world's leading commercial real estate services and investment firms, has been honoured with the "Leading IPC of the Year" award at the ETNow.in Realty Conclave & Awards 2026 held at Taj Palace, New Delhi.
The award was received by Anshuman Magazine, Chairman & CEO – India, South-East Asia, Middle East & Africa, CBRE, and was presented by Shri Raj Bhushan Choudhary, Minister of State, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India.
The recognition highlights CBRE’s continued leadership in India's international property consultancy (IPC) sector, supported by its research-driven advisory services, integrated solutions platform and strong execution capabilities across multiple real estate asset classes.
Speaking on the achievement, Anshuman Magazine said the award reflects the trust clients place in CBRE and the dedication of its teams across the country. He emphasized that CBRE remains committed to delivering global best practices, innovative solutions and deep market insights to support the growth of India's rapidly evolving real estate sector.
CBRE reported global revenues exceeding USD 38 billion in 2025 and employs more than 155,000 professionals across over 100 countries. In 2026, CBRE achieved its highest-ever position on the Fortune 500 list, ranking 118th among the largest U.S.-based companies. The company has also maintained its position as the industry's top brand according to the Lipsey Company rankings for 24 consecutive years.
