BuzzWorks Enters Mysuru with Brigade Vantage, Announces Multi-City Expansion Plan for 2026
BuzzWorks, the premium managed office and co-working arm of the Brigade Group, has announced its strategic entry into Mysuru with the launch of Brigade Vantage on Vinoba Road. The move marks the brand’s expansion into Tier-2 cities, targeting the growing demand for Grade-A managed office infrastructure from corporates, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and startups.
The newly launched centre offers more than 500 seats within the 1.3 lakh sq. ft. Brigade Vantage commercial campus. The workspace combines enterprise-ready infrastructure with design elements inspired by Mysuru’s cultural heritage, creating a modern yet locally rooted work environment.
Commenting on the expansion, Siddharth Verma, Business Head, BuzzWorks, said the company aims to bridge the quality gap in emerging business hubs by delivering institutional-grade managed workspaces that meet metro-city standards. He added that the Mysuru launch is part of a broader multi-city growth strategy planned for the current financial year.
BuzzWorks also announced upcoming expansions at Brigade Tech Gardens in Whitefield and Brigade Elysium in Varthur, Bengaluru, along with an increased presence at the World Trade Center campus in Rajajinagar. The company stated that its portfolio has already grown by more than 100 per cent compared to the previous financial year and is expected to double again this year.
Beyond Karnataka, BuzzWorks is entering Chennai through a new facility at Brigade Tech Boulevard, aiming to leverage the city’s rising GCC demand and strong presence in BFSI and automotive engineering sectors.
Founded under Brigade Group, BuzzWorks focuses on delivering flexible, managed workspace solutions that support collaboration, innovation, and scalable enterprise operations across India’s evolving office ecosystem.
