Godrej Properties Expands Presence with 26-Acre Land Purchase Near Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru

Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) has acquired a prime 26-acre land parcel near Sarjapur Road in South Bengaluru, marking another strategic move in one of the city’s fastest-growing real estate hubs. The premium residential project planned for this land is expected to generate revenue potential of around ₹1,100 crore. Surrounded by key employment zones such as Whitefield, Outer Ring Road, and Electronic City, the location offers strong growth and demand prospects. This follows GPL’s recent acquisitions in Doddaballapur and Hyderabad, underlining its aggressive expansion and consumer trust in its brand.
