Bombay Dyeing Appoints Rohit Santhosh as CEO of Bombay Realty

New Delhi, 18 September 2025: Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Ltd. has announced the appointment of Rohit Santhosh as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bombay Realty, effective 18 September 2025. This appointment falls under the company’s senior management designation.

Rohit Santhosh brings with him over 17 years of experience in the Indian real estate development sector, spanning residential, commercial, industrial, and renewable projects. He is a graduate of NIT Allahabad and an alumnus of the Indian School of Business (Hyderabad).

Before joining Bombay Realty, Mr. Santhosh held leadership roles at some of India’s most prominent real estate companies, including CapitaLand, Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, and Shapoorji Pallonji. In these positions, he successfully drove growth and delivered landmark projects across multiple verticals.

At Bombay Realty, Rohit Santhosh will lead the company’s strategic vision, operational excellence, and expansion of its development footprint. His role will focus on enhancing business growth, ensuring sustainable and high-quality project delivery, and driving innovation across all segments of the company’s real estate portfolio.
