Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Buys Two Luxury Apartments Worth ₹36.57 Crore in Mumbai
Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, one of Bollywood’s leading production houses, has purchased two premium apartments worth ₹36.57 crore in the upscale Hubtown Twenty Five South North project in Prabhadevi, Mumbai. According to documents accessed via the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) and Square Yards, both deals were registered in October 2025. The first apartment, priced at ₹18.57 crore, covers 222.13 square metres (2,390 sq. ft) with an additional 19.40 square metres (208 sq. ft) and includes two parking spaces. The second unit, costing ₹18 crore, has a carpet area of 221.30 square metres plus an extra 12.86 square metres and also comes with two parking spaces. The production house paid ₹2.19 crore in stamp duty and ₹60,000 in registration fees for both properties combined. The acquisition highlights the company’s expanding investments beyond film production and marks its entry into Mumbai’s exclusive luxury housing sector.
