Large office transactions of 1 lakh sq ft and above accounted for 28.2 million sq ft, or 59% of the total 48 million sq ft of office leasing across India’s top eight cities in H1 2026, according to Knight Frank India. Bengaluru emerged as the leading market with 10.1 million sq ft of large office leasing, representing 72% of the city’s total office absorption. Hyderabad and NCR followed with 4.9 million sq ft each, while Pune recorded 3.8 million sq ft and Mumbai 3.1 million sq ft.
