91Springboard Expands with New 1 Lakh Sq Ft Centres in Mumbai & Gurugram

Coworking leader 91Springboard has strengthened its nationwide presence by launching two new workspace centres in Mumbai and Gurugram, collectively spanning nearly one lakh sq ft. The Mumbai centre, located at Hiranandani Business Park, LightHall in Andheri East, covers 40,000 sq ft, while the Gurugram hub at DLF World Trade Park offers 60,000 sq ft. Both facilities are expected to become operational by the next quarter. With these additions, the company has already expanded its portfolio by 5 lakh sq ft in 2025 and aims to add another 10 lakh sq ft by the end of the current fiscal year. 91Springboard now manages over 1.64 million sq ft across 43 centres in major cities, including Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida, Chennai, Pune, and Goa. The expansion reflects growing demand for flexible, tech-enabled workspaces across India.
