Vineet Kapur, founder and MD of skincare brand O3plus, and his wife Sonia Kapur have purchased a bungalow in Delhi’s Vasant Vihar for ₹72 crore.

The 663 sq m property transaction was registered in early April, with ₹18 crore paid as stamp duty, according to data from CRE Matrix. CBRE, the exclusive advisor, highlighted Delhi-NCR’s dominance in luxury housing, driven by rising incomes and infrastructure growth. Recently, Eleannt Enterprises also acquired a 1,280-sq yd plot in the same area for ₹95 crore. South Delhi’s real estate value stands at ₹5.65 lakh crore, with 18,446 plots in 42 MCD colonies, where prices range between ₹6–15 lakh per sq yd, showing strong demand for upscale properties.
