Vageshwari Properties Buys ₹276 Crore Bungalow at Malabar Hill

Vageshwari Properties Pvt Ltd has purchased Laxmi Nivas, a historic bungalow on Nepeansea Road, Malabar Hill, Mumbai, for ₹276 crore, as per Zapkey. The 2,221 sq yard property, with a built-up area of 19,891.87 sq ft, was once a freedom fighters' hideout during the Quit India movement. The deal, registered last month, involved 15 sellers, including Upendra Trikamdas Kapadia. Mumbai continues to witness high-value real estate deals, fueled by growing demand post-Covid.
