The property, measuring 763 square yards with a 6,254 sq ft built-up area, adds Kathpalia to the list of top legal figures living in the Lutyens’ Bungalow Zone (LBZ), including Mukul Rohatgi and Vikas Singh. Known for its proximity to legal institutions, Golf Links remains a sought-after location despite its strict construction norms. Other notable recent deals in the area have touched prices as high as ₹170 crore.
