Eaton Technologies Secures 1.5 Lakh Sq Ft in Pune for New GCC
Eaton Technologies India has signed a 10-year lease for 150,000 sq ft at Aditya Shagun Infinity IT Park, Baner, Pune, to set up its Global Capability Centre (GCC). The deal, valued at over ₹250 crore, includes an option to lease an additional 47,000 sq ft. Spread over three floors, the space comes with 150 car and 150 two-wheeler parking slots. The lease, registered on August 3, has a five-year lock-in and a starting monthly rent of ₹1.65 crore with 4.5% annual escalation. Pune’s western corridor continues to attract GCCs due to talent availability, competitive costs, and robust infrastructure, reinforcing the city’s status as a prime destination for global firms.
