NCR Regional Plan 2041 to Boost Residential Real Estate Growth Across Emerging Corridors: AU Real Estate

The NCR Regional Plan 2041 is expected to play a transformative role in shaping the future of residential real estate across the National Capital Region. By significantly enhancing connectivity between Delhi and major NCR cities through the Namo Bharat RRTS network and other high-speed transit systems, the plan is set to unlock new opportunities for homebuyers, developers and investors.

According to Ashish Agarwal, Director, AU Real Estate, improved regional connectivity will expand the range of viable residential destinations by making locations such as Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Gurugram and Faridabad more accessible and attractive for homebuyers.

Commenting on the development, Ashish Agarwal, Director, AU Real Estate, said:

"The NCR Regional Plan 2041 is expected to be a major catalyst for residential real estate growth across the region. By enabling faster connectivity between Delhi and key centres such as Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Gurugram and Faridabad through the Namo Bharat RRTS network and other high-speed transit systems, the plan will expand the range of viable residential destinations for homebuyers.

Improved accessibility often acts as a strong driver of housing demand, as buyers become more willing to consider locations that offer better value, larger living spaces and improved quality of life without compromising on connectivity. The development of new urban centres and transit-oriented growth corridors will further strengthen residential activity, encourage planned community development and support the creation of more sustainable and well-connected neighbourhoods across the NCR."

Industry experts believe that the plan's emphasis on transit-oriented development, integrated infrastructure planning and balanced urban growth will encourage residential expansion beyond traditional city centres while creating long-term value for homeowners and investors alike.
