In April 2025, Biltrax recorded over 1,562 new construction projects in India, including 955 building and 607 industrial & infrastructure projects.
Key developments include Homeland Group’s mixed-use project in Mohali and the DCSEM LIGO India Observatory in Maharashtra. The building sector saw 336 projects under construction, while 619 are in early stages. Notable tenders, worth 26,733 INR-Crore, came from PWD Assam and Military Engineer Services. Industrial highlights include the Kshoma Green Energy solar unit in Khordha, with a cost of 5,000 INR-Crore. The Ujjain–Jaora greenfield highway project in Madhya Pradesh also stands out, costing 2,029 INR-Crore.
