HDFC Capital, the real estate private equity arm of HDFC Group,
Has partnered with Bengaluru-based developer Total Environment, investing ₹1,300 crore to develop new residential projects. This collaboration will add 6.5 million sq ft of housing to the ongoing 16 million sq ft projects, with a combined gross development value (GDV) of over ₹10,100 crore. The partnership aims to deliver sustainable, high-quality homes for mid- and upper-middle-income households over the next 4-5 years. This marks HDFC Capital's fourth investment in Total Environment, reinforcing its commitment to promoting innovation and supporting India’s ‘Housing for All’ initiative.
