Disney India Bets Big on Bengaluru with 1.75 Lakh Sq Ft Office Lease.

Disney India has strengthened its presence in India by leasing nearly 1.75 lakh sq ft of premium office space in Bengaluru, reaffirming the city’s position as the country’s most sought-after commercial hub. The long-term lease, which commenced on February 1, spans the sixth and seventh floors of Series 20 at RMZ Ecoworld and involves a total area of 1,74,959 sq ft. Valued at an estimated ₹127.84 crore over five years, the agreement includes a 15% rental escalation after three years. Disney India will pay a monthly rent of about ₹2.01 crore, translating to roughly ₹115 per sq ft, along with a security deposit of ₹12.07 crore, as per registration documents accessed via Propstack. The deal adds to a growing list of large-format office transactions in Bellandur, highlighting sustained demand from multinational corporations for Grade A, scalable office spaces with strong talent access in India’s leading office market.
