Brigade Group Acquires ₹588 Cr Land in Bengaluru for ₹5,200 Cr Mixed-Use Mega Project

Brigade Group has acquired a 20.19-acre land parcel along the Whitefield-Hoskote Road in Bengaluru for ₹588.33 crore through its subsidiary, Ananthay Properties Pvt. Ltd. The land is strategically located near major IT parks and industrial zones, making it ideal for a large-scale mixed-use development. With a proposed built-up area of 4.2 million sq ft, the project is estimated to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹5,200 crore. It will feature residential, commercial, and retail components, aligning with Brigade’s vision to create integrated destinations that support modern urban lifestyles. This acquisition adds to Brigade’s growing footprint in East Bengaluru, following a ₹630 crore residential project announced in January and a plotted development valued at ₹175 crore in April. As the Whitefield-Hoskote corridor rapidly develops, this investment positions Brigade at the heart of Bengaluru’s next growth wave.
