Prestige Group Sets ₹50,000-Crore Home Sales Target by FY30, Expands into New Markets.
Prestige Group, one of India’s leading real estate developers, aims to achieve ₹50,000 crore in home sales by FY29-30, nearly tripling its FY25 performance of ₹17,000 crore. According to Zayd Noaman, Executive Director, Prestige Group plans aggressive expansion into new markets, including Pune, Gurugram, and Noida, with a sharp focus on the ₹2-3 crore housing segment, which represents strong demand. For FY26, the company has lined up launches worth over ₹43,500 crore across 25 projects in Bengaluru, Mumbai, NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Goa. Key projects include The Prestige City Indirapuram in NCR and Prestige Pallavaram Gardens in Chennai. The group also plans to add ₹30,000 crore in new developments, while continuing marquee launches in Mumbai and Bengaluru. Diversification remains central, with active projects in commercial, retail, and hospitality. Prestige has filed DRHP for its hospitality arm and is developing 13 malls and multiple office hubs, solidifying its pan-India presence.
